the pool is heated in february. The kids club IS very good. The hotel offer great trip options from trips into the Medina through to the Atlas mountains. They offer a Hamman and massage at the Spa.

The staff were kind and attentive! My daughters really loved the kids club, and they spent a few hours there each day. The whole place reminded me of an absolute treat. The grounds had beautiful citrus trees and blossoming flowers!!!

The room felt a bit dated for the price. i found the service inconsistent. Sometimes prompt, other times slow. the taxi arrangements seemed random, with prices changing without clear explanation, which frustrated me. i expected better at this price point.

I encountered some issues. the housekeeping was inconsistent. Towels were not always replaced. waiting times for service at the pool were long. also, arranged taxis through the hotel sometimes felt overpriced.
