the team provided perfect service. I was impressed by the whatsapp chat. It had consistent responsiveness and the staff remembered my name. They did greet me with a complimentary upgrade to a pool view suite.

the pool is heated in february. The kids club IS very good. The hotel offer great trip options from trips into the Medina through to the Atlas mountains. They offer a Hamman and massage at the Spa.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Hotel!
kind staff attentive staff lovely flowers beautiful citrus trees
The staff were kind and attentive! My daughters really loved the kids club, and they spent a few hours there each day. The whole place reminded me of an absolute treat. The grounds had beautiful citrus trees and blossoming flowers!!!
The breakfast selection could have been wider.

I tried all three restaurants and was blown away by the server, Youssef, at Inara! Amin at Azzera was most helpful with food suggestions. Quattro was an amazing exquisite dining experience.

dated room inconsistent service
The room felt a bit dated for the price. i found the service inconsistent. Sometimes prompt, other times slow. the taxi arrangements seemed random, with prices changing without clear explanation, which frustrated me. i expected better at this price point.

inconsistent housekeeping overpriced taxis
I encountered some issues. the housekeeping was inconsistent. Towels were not always replaced. waiting times for service at the pool were long. also, arranged taxis through the hotel sometimes felt overpriced.
